Vacuum packed and frozen meat product consisting of boneless lamb legs without shank. - Legs weight between 1,8 - 2,5 kg.


MANUFACTURE

Separate the legs from the hip of carcass and bone them using the tunnel boning method. The shank is removed and then the leg is individual vacuum packaged and frozen.
